Great food, excellent service in friendly cozy atmosphere. The fish pie was excellent as was the sticky toffee pudding. Would definitely recommend

Lovely pub, bit noisy in the front part but was okay. The best burger and chips I have ever had. The wait was a long one but I think they were busy that evening.

This is poor because there was a long wait for food and there wasn’t many people, portions were too big we order macaroni cheese as a side and it didn’t cool down and the portions were that bad they gave my mum diarrhoea

Very lovely food and really generous children’s portion at an excellent price. Really friendly staff and good atmosphere in the pub and dining area. Service was fast. An excellent choice for food, drinks and a nice atmosphere.

Our second visit in 2 months and not disappointed. We ordered the Welsh lamb roast which come with 2 side dishes of carrots/peas and cabbage/sugar snap peas for the 3 of us. The roast lamb was cooked to perfection, vegetables crunchie and lots of flavour...

We visit the pub regularly for drinks as I’m an Old Original lover and the pub is frequently busy. I think our first dining experience this weekend matched our previous visits for drinks. In that the quality of ‘product’ is excellent yet the service disappoints....

Very impressed with this restaurant.Staff very attentive and polite. Food well presented and well cooked. Slight dissapointing in that no fish pie or panna cotta which at 7.30pm you would expect to be available.I had chicken casserole with herby dumplings.Beautifully cooked except a little dry....
