"it has become late in office. in the hotel then a little wide is so slow. in the direct environment there is a good Italian restaurant, which today, however, due to numerous professional visitors from all the sewing places, is a steakhouse of the chain block house. the blockhouse is located in the same glass block as the two adjacent restaurants. there are several tables and chairs on the front of the large pedestrian zone, but these are only colonized by the lovers of paper-based tables. in the inner you find the usual steak house interieur; Gediegene plant and dark wood. on the non-table wooden tables are red white card decks. also there is a stand for salt and pepper (fleur de sel from the salt scatterer! is pleasant that the place is very well used, but the tables are not too close together. even in occupied quarters one has a somewhat private sphere. the loudness is currently almost 100% of the composition, but still tolerable. I find the environment acceptable for 3 star service: before it is said to break it full. mainly smaller and larger groups of dealers and exhibitors, as I accept. there are Babylonian voice confusing. however, the numerous available service forces have completely in their sense. unfriendly or intrusive guests are always friendly and since I are competently serviced, respectful. I myself are greeted with the arrival of a young lady who asks me to wait for a moment after we have explained that I am alone. a few moments later she is at a young man (I suppose he is again the service manager at me for today. we ask ourselves to the back where I can sit on the last free table (actually a 4 table) below I will be served by various service personnel. all make their thing really good. feeding and drinking are beautifully placed and also fashion. it is always a good appetit desired and even if asked if everything had been in order. also the payment process with proper document worked smoothly. I don't know the similar houses and I wouldn't have expected that. I therefore forgive 4.5 stars. card: the card of the block house, as far as I know, is identical for all 36 locations in Germany and also visible in the internet. there are steakhouse typical steaks, burger, salat and a few more supplements. there is also a monthly action that currently consists of a small scale with different elements (cold-senterrecôte, putenmedaillons or calf ham. spargel is planned for me at the weekend, the charred steak variants have not laughed completely about me, so I ordered: 1x cäsars salat (5,20 € 1x N.Y cheeseburger 200g (11,90 €) to a soft wein (there is a 0.5l 4,70 € eating: a kind of gruß vom koch or brotcola or similar there is not here but not so much for the individual salads. the iceberg salad had several brown and the used pink leaf I would certainly not have packed all in the bowl to house. the salad sauce was as expected comfort, but nevertheless quite good, especially by the plentiful grano padano. the garlic crucibles were however unsuitable as slice cutters. the garlic taste was quite artificial and the broth was in many times rather too short than too long. I would have expected a little more: 3 stars N.Y cheeseburger: as the counter with the cheeseburger as well as a bottle block house ketchup at the table I had somehow the feeling, it was missing. when the teller was right for the photo, I came. the burger did not have a lid! instead of the expected standard convenience books, the burger lay on a piece of roasted baguette. that was in truth but even better than a taste-neutral comfort bunker. on the baguette was a little salate, on it the patty (then prefer borgfelder ; , which was probably also standard tk. the patty was well grilled, not fatal and tasteful for tk was quite in order. on the meat put tomato cubes as well as some cheese (I assume a mozzarella gouda mixture with which the whole was baked. as a crown there was a blockhouse tips, but it didn't come to me because of the missing lid. with the hand was not in anyway. the pommes (satisfied by the thin sorts were a little too little fried for my taste, but tastefully quite suitable. I was more surprised and gave a total of 3.5 stars, but only for 3 stars. cleanliness: as far as I have seen this, everything was in order. only the tables were able to be clarified a bit faster, which was also due to the situation. 4 stars price-performance ratio: they pay here next to the location, especially the brand house with. if she's worth it, we'll go. I think that eating, in particular the salad, is very ambitious. the price for alcohol-free wine is beyond good and evil. 2.5 stars Conclusion: the service really surprised me today. under the expectation to get only standard or convenient here anyway, eating was also at least in order. in the same situation I would therefore claim the local block house again."
