"We were a little cautious about meeting friends here for dinner, but they live reasonably close and have eaten there often and sang its praises. It's the only restaurant that I have ever been to where the lavatories have showers the facilities are shared...with the golf driving range. Service was courteous with a light touch, there was a reasonable selection of wine by the glass and the food was good. Deserving special mention was a starter of carpacchio with a side dish of chanterelles fried with bacon and cherry tomatoes. The food is not showy, just good basic Italian at good prices."

the ambiente is great. but what was missing in the service was after the waiter flies out the plates that no one comes to ask if we dessert or hot drinks. Apart from that, the waiters were louder than the guests
