"I went to the Bird in Hand on July 9th with two family members. The tables were nicely spaced out, so we didn't feel crowded. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. We all ordered roast dinners, two lamb and one chicken. The portions were generous, beautifully presented, and served hot. In addition to the vegetables on the plate, we also received a dish of cauliflower and broccoli. For dessert, we all enjoyed the strawberry Eton Mess, which was delicious - not too sweet or tart. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be returning."

I visited this pub on bank holiday as it was open not many around Delicious fresh food, cozy atmosphere, lovely garden absolutely positive experience and would deffo come back soon!

The food, service, and ambiance at this restaurant are exceptional. Despite waiting 40 minutes for our friends who were stuck in traffic, we never felt rushed. Our table was a perfect size in a roomy setting, ideal for catching up with friends. We will definitely return in the future.

I had a nice lunch at this restaurant, but I think the four people working behind the bar could have brought all of our drinks out on a tray at once instead of half with me and then the others later. Am I being too picky? They kept trying to clear our main plates even though we were still eating slowly, and they never offered us more drinks or dessert menus. It felt like a missed opportunity, especially considering the lovely environment and nice weather that added to the overall experience.
