very nice, small for the couple dinner, I found the staff very friendly and pleasant, excellent quality food and fresh fish, it is not easily found a restaurant so, we were fine, recommend it to everyone, if you go to bari you can not go there. We'll definitely come back before we go home.

Gourmet restaurant in the center of Bari, refined location, fast, friendly, pleasant and attentive service without being pressured. Excellent dishes from appetizers to desserts, high quality raw materials expertly processed in an original and creative way. Price appropriate to the offer. Highly recommended.

Very high quality raw fish served with elegant dressing. The ravioli with minced red prawn and absolutely non-trivial desserts are exceptional (the mojto and mulberry sorbet are fantastic). Wine list worthy of the food. I live in Rome but I return to Bari several times a year and I will definitely return to Biancofiore. Just one note: I understand that the owner (competent and very attentive) is a seafood purist, but lemon must be brought to the table when oysters are served and at most guests can be advised not to put it. I think we can't discuss the quality of the products or the rich and refined wine paper. I personally enjoyed the kitchen. dishes with the right ingredients in the right place able to exalt the raw materials, really satisfied with what I tasted from the appetizers to dessert, indeed to the coffee what not discounted considering the coffees proposed around. presentation of the dishes nice and clean, reflects the quality of the dishes. The nice place. I stop at four stars because some details of the service must be perfected also considering the level of the restaurant (fosse was the pizzeria under the house I would not have given us so much weight). very polite and friendly staff.

Sono stato domenica 17/03/2024 a pranzo con mia moglie e mia figlia. Lo abbiamo scelto per via della pubblicità fatta nel noto programma televisivo. Appena entriamo abbiamo avuto un bell’impatto però i camerieri erano abbastanza impacciati. Il servizio lascia a desiderare a tal punto che si dimenticato di servire il pane, abbiamo sollecitato due volte il parmigiano per mia figlia sulle orecchiette e infine il proprietario stesso mentre prende ordinazioni risponde al cellulare !!! Servizio da rivedere. Il crudo di mare è davvero TOP, il primo davvero buono, ma molto salato (specialmente nel conto), due linguine con aragosta 98€. Totale 230€ davvero esagerato !!!!
