Friendly place, nice staff, very healthy food with fresh and a variety of options. Try the coffee on the rocks, its a great option and the matcha coffee. We also had chicken and double fish club sandwhiches. A really great place for breakfast to start your day off in Bari.

Amazing GF place in Bari! We were even able to order sushi which is quite rare. Most of the menu is available gluten free, all very tasteful. Really nice staff as well. Would highly recommended (especially as there are quite some GF pasta/pizza options in Bari, but Frulez really offers something else). AIC registered

excellent local with menu suitable for everyone with particular attention to the freshness of food and quality. oats are all fresh and many organic, they range from breakfast to lunch and dinner. the menu includes all dishes with vegetables and seasonal fruit and meat or fish, possibility for vegans and vegetarians. recommended.
