Not good food. You have selection of buffet food but most of the food is mediocre nothing exciting. Staff are not polite and they try to Kik you out ain 1.30 hours time. If you go with family and friends you may not spend quality time.

This latest visit has changed my opinion of ZaZas. In a nutshell, no seafood, very little protein offered in food, many food offerings empty, lots of carbo only dishes offered. I have been here many times, but won’t be going again, too many people, too... Voir le carte

i went there for my 13th birthday treat with my mum and we went it staff were lovely but we took our coats of and left them on our chairs to go get some food and in my mums pocket she had my 20 pound and other valuables we left and went shops and we realised it had been stolen i was shocked of how people can do that and have no remorse this world is crazy

The restaurant experience was disappointing. Despite many empty tables, we were not allowed to sit by the window and instead were seated in a crowded area. There was a lack of hand sanitiser available at the service areas, raising concerns about staff hygiene. The food was average, with less variety and lower quality compared to previous visits. It did not offer good value for money, especially for a lunchtime all-you-can-eat option.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about but mine isn't a bad review and drove over 2 hours to visit this place just to eat. Food was all nice had an array of all stations and nothing was bad. Came on a Friday dinner was busy got and hour and half to stay and had time for everything. Desserts were great and the ice cream was real ice cream unlike most eat all u can places which are usually watery and milky. Would recommend this place Voir le carte

Went for a birthday treat, booked 6 weeks ahead, we were sat right next to the toilets and as there were a lot of us and the restaurant being so busy didn’t feel we had the option to move, the toilet door was propped open by the staff whole time and I had a view right into the toilet stall which made me feel sick there was also a very loud speaker right next to us. I couldn’t enjoy my meal, won’t be going again for this reason and it is a shame as the food is fairly good for the price you pay.

I went to this restaurant for dinner over the Easter weekend. I had been wanting to visit for some time, and finally got the chance since we were in the area. I usually don't have high expectations for buffet restaurants, and I'm glad I didn't this time. There were plenty of food options that were consistently replenished. The waitress provided good service by keeping our drinks topped up and clearing our plates. Although the food was somewhat bland and average, considering the price, I didn't have much to complain about.

Love this place. Return visit. Stayed in Bristol for a 3 night short break with friends who'd not been before. Told them they were in for a treat and booked a table for Saturday night. £20.99 per head, at as much as you like (and we did! . Fabulous choice of many foods from across the world. Hot, tasty and plentiful. Cakes to die for, just make sure you leave room for some! Staff very attentive, clearing used plates, etc. very quickly. Our friends loved it and said we would all return later in the year when we stay in wonderful Bristol again. Voir le carte
