"got here! no warning. best food! booked a table of a recommendation from a friend, mistakenly appeared early, the host greeted us and sat us as soon as possible, really inviting. we asked for additional starters and they were happy to make the adjustment, and I don't even think they added it to our final bill. eating came in good time and was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. I loved the wobblebhaji. we had free poppadome 4 different sauces and a dessert to share. this is by far the best service I have ever received and I personally was not a fan of Indian cuisine before I came to visit here, I am rebuilt! will definitely return. the whole food is beautifully presented, tastes exquisite and the team are so beautiful, polite and have a little laugh with them!"

"Firstly, a text to check we are still good for the table is a nice touch. Great greeting from these lovely people when we arrived. The food was really nice, no it's not cheap but you shouldn't expect it to be. We enjoyed a host of dishes, the bread with dips the pepper one being our favourite. We had the croquetas, small but tasty, some beautiful potatoes (can't remember what they were), that might be the sauvignon blanc making me forget. We also had the sea bream, the belly pork, the octopus and squid salad, the chicken thigh skewers and the duck to name a few. We also had a selection of puddings including a cheesecake and a rich chocolate torte, again very nice dishes. I really enjoyed the food and there was a good vibe from the team and the customers, wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

""This restaurant has one of the best atmospheres with Bollywood music playing. The wall art is very authentic to Indian culture. The service is good and the food tastes satisfactory. I ordered the starter aloo tikki, and for the main course I had paneer makhani with roti. The portions are large enough for two people, but if dining alone, I would recommend choosing a smaller dish. If you enjoy sweeter gravies, go for the paneer makhani, otherwise opt for a spicier alternative.""

"Visited here in Sept 23 for an executive dinner that we were hosting for various senior business leaders. We booked out the whole venue, which was the perfect size and atmosphere for the intimate and exclusive feel that we wanted, plus a convenient location. The TV that shows into the kitchen was fascinating, and the record player was put to use towards the end of the evening! Caroline from the venue helped us organise the event in advance and was great to deal with. We were fortunate with the weather so were able to enjoy a welcome drinks reception out the front of the venue, and have the door open all evening to let the balmy night in. We had the 7 course taster menu and it was simply OUTSTANDING so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was, particularly the beef steak course! It was so tasty that I even enjoyed the fish dish (not usual for me! . Service on the night was exemplary, the courses were brought out at just the right intervals so you weren't waiting ages but also not being rushed. The chef came out to greet us after the final course, which was a lovely touch and meant we could thank him. Overall, we had really great feedback from our guests, everyone loved it thank you for making our event such a success! We would definitely book again, and I know a few of our guests have already recommended it to their own companies for executive dinners! Would not hesitate to recommend."

"I recently ate at a restaurant on East Street and was not impressed with anything. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exterior of the Toast Room, with its beautiful turquoise color and wooden accents. I decided to order a salad plate and was blown away by how delicious and flavorful it was! I usually find salads boring, but this one was exceptional. It had spiced chipotle butter beans, green beans, zesty citrus flavors, crispy red cabbage, and sharp bumblebees. I finished every bite and was only charged £5.50 for a very satisfying meal.
