This charming pub always serves fresh and delicious beer. I would rate the rooms a 5, service a 5, and the location a 4.

we were a party of 4. we had appetizers of suppe, kabeljau cheeken followed by main storms of pork bell, steak-ale pee, lamb hull salmon. great service as always. malbec was very modest! Voir le carte

Had a super meal in this pub last night. The steak and ale pie was fantastic. Beautiful pastry full to bursting with beef.No room for pudding. Great beer ,staff were brilliant. Will definitely be returning.

a great pub/hotel. really good food, great house brewed beer and gin, in a wonderful atmosphere of warmth and comfort. comfortable beds, in beautifully decorated, soundproofed bedrooms. super service! thank you for being comfortable.

Such a lovely pub in the heart of the Black Country that caters to so many options. We go for a treat Sunday lunch when we can and it's always fabulous. Lots of choice and the food is always delicious. They have a Gourmet Burger Night on Mondays which I keep meaning to try. Service is friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. And the beer is great they're in the 2022 Good Beer Guide I think. Very much recommended.

a group of 6 of us visited today for Sunday dinner and we could not blame our experience at all. the guy who looked around us was wonderful and nothing was too much annoyed even if we had a very fussy old lady with us! the food was delicious, we all had roasts and either cheesecake or wad. the portions were excellent and the quality excellent. we'll be back soon. many thanks for their charming hospitality you should all be very proud of you.

There was no milk available in the room for a drink. Additionally, the duvet had stains on it and the carpet outside the door was ripped, causing me to trip over it. I believe for the price they charged, there should have been an ensuite bathroom. Moreover, there was no breakfast options for someone with intolerances. On a positive note, the rooms were rated 2, the service a 3, and the location a 3 as well. The highlight of the hotel was its quiet atmosphere. Voir le carte
