Unforced atmosphere, very relaxed. Great buffet, very tasty. Service well, but one or the other needs an upgrade to the contents of the food.

Un hôtel restaurant agréable avec une terrasse extérieure pour les chaudes journées d'été. La cuisine est variée et le prix est acceptable. Le service est exemplaire. Il est gratifiant que le parking soit gratuit pour les clients du restaurant

prime rib as always excellent. the bark fillet was again very good from the meat quality. but the even point of the filet has not worked for the repeated painting at all. medium ordered, well done. here the kitchen seems to have a real problem. otherwise many new servicemen, a constant team would have something for themselves. the brot came only after the appetizer. but as a master guest who enjoys the prime rib, you can always come back. even though it is not so often.

However, personnel are doing a little insecure overall. Beautiful and modern ambience. Eating I didn't find convincing, Lachstartar was fad, salmon relatively fat. Meat (Steak 350 Gr. Sinner) was prepared at a high level, but the meat is not so cold to serve on the plate. You have to like that. It would be good if there were a hint of the preparation the meat was cooked for hours at a low temperature and then cut and again dressed briefly on hot flame. So every bite tastes exactly the same and how I find something boring. The sorbet to the dessert was not like the Bringer, but OK.

Bright, beautiful, spacious premises on the back of the hotel. Much distance between the tables. New and high-quality furniture. Extremely comfortable chairs/small armchairs. Clear map with exciting appetizers. Bread with three types of spreads. Very well painted. Bread could be fresher and crispy. We had salmon catchers, grilled avocado with barley salad(?) and grilled watermelon with burratta. All about mainstream, but totally delicious. Then gnocchi, slightly sharp large portion excellent. Simmental ribeye 320 gr. Very good. Prime beef for my son. Dreamy delicate and taste-intensive. Sure about the Simmenthal meat. Wine from Argentina (Puro by Dieter Meier, meaty fruity, intense.
