"I’ve not been to a Wagamama for a few years but if this place is a yardstick it has really gone down hill! The south Asian serving staff seem more interested in staring at customers than actually serving and our waitress has no idea on how to serve food! It’s simply thrown down at the end of the table and help yourself ! Appalling really. Katsu curry was decent … if you like sauce that tasted like it was microwaved from a tescos ready meal . Really enjoyed the chicken katsu was crispy. First meal I’ve had when I don’t want to pay the service charge it was that bad!"

Delicious food and very good service given that they were down two people. Plenty of choices kn the menu. Ambience was good, just a tad bit loud. Overall, would visit again!

unfortunately we were looking forward to cocktails, no ky ti said that they did not have any ingredients for the majority of cocktails, so we rondine left a suitable alternative

we went to a birthday party and were not disappointed. excellent selection of foods and drinks for children and adults, living places, reasonable price and beautiful staff. excellent location on the river, easy to reach, and exterior. perfect outing.

Came for a quick lunch 3 adults and 3 prams. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and there was plenty of room for the buggies. The atmosphere was great, drowned out any noise from babies. Food was quickly brought out and delicious. 10/10!

We waited over an hour for our main meal. We had to get the waiters attention to get a drink or any table service. Food was average and not very warm. I’ve been to another one of this chain before and it was better than the London one. It was also so loud in there, it was hard to have a conversation without shouting.

We booked a table for 7PM for 3 people for drinks and were sat down for just 35 mins when we were handed our bill and asked to pay and leave. The reason was that other people had come in (walk ins) to eat so they needed their table… but we didn’t feel that was fair when we had booked. Was quite rude and abrupt, disappointing service and tarnished the evening.
