"Expectations more than surpassed: (vegan) family celebration in the clubhouse of the citizens' patrons in Lehrte. I have to admit that my expectations for gastronomy were not too high, among other things, because I feed on vegans and experiencefully “good bourgeois cuisine” is then usually a disappointment. In this respect, I can hardly stress how much my expectations in the “Restaurant Visier” were exceeded with his chef Sebastian Schulze. But “surpassed” alone does not yet describe what I could experience, because I have rarely eaten so well (vegan)! Creatively and tastefully prepared without having at any time felt to have received something different from the other guests. An example: The appetizer, a beef carpaccio, was replaced by a delicious Red Bete Carpaccio with some eggplant a dream! The other gears were also tasteful and visually a revelation. Here are both skill and attention to detail at work. Thanks for this memorable experience to the fantastic cook, but also to the excellent service."

We were there for Christmas at the Gänsebuffet. The food was okay. The premises look more like a canteen. It was very loud and extremely full.

We were on Thursday at the Pfifferlingsbuffett and totally enthusiastic. No wishes remain open and we are happy to return to the next buffet. We've been to the Spargelbuffet several times, and that was great. Clear recommendation

Food has tasted super as always, the service is super the staff are friendly and helpful, willing to come back to dinner. Parking: parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
