"I am surprised this is Michelin starred. I was only in love with 1 of 7 dishes-the one with the crispy quinoa. The rest were just pretty good. Normal fine dining quality. The INTENSO MARE Mescafrancesca con ragù di crostacei cotti e crudi, salsa al basilico e plancton marino was TERRIBLE. It smelled of old fish and tasted fishy and not fresh. The pasta was more than Al dente and just not pleasing. I couldn’t finish it. The wine pairing was nice. I had a spritz before the meal and was sad to see they use their star to justify a 15 euro spritz. Although servers were nice they did not seem experienced. Overall I am don’t recommend if you are looking for a star experience. This was the only star restaurant with an available reservation last minute and I understand why now. Also they called a cab for me and I went home with a swindler thief of a cab driver that wouldn’t let me leave without paying 3x the cab fare. It was scary. I would think a Michelin starred restaurant would only call reputable taxi services. The facility is decorated as a normal restaurant and bathrooms are not very nice."

Esperienza quasi unica, primi commoventi, sembra di tuffarsi sott'acqua, dolce che adesso crea problemi per un futuro altrove... grazie

Il peggiore ristorante in cui sono mai stato. Ambiente buio, arredamento povero.

Exellent food experience. The food was nice to look at, and tasted very good. We had a suprise menu and loved it. The staff was profesional and informed us just suitable. We also had a paring winelist, and they were all good and nice match to the food. Voir le carte

Overall, an ok place. It didn't give me the feeling of a starred restaurant. The location and the Interior design was not as nice as other Michelin-star venues. Service is ok but not impeccable. More over, they served me caviar as part of a vegetarian dish...! The Dessert and the main course were tasty.

I agree with several of the previous reviewers who said they really wanted to like the restaurant, but couldn 't. The food quality was OK (especially the seafood dishes tasted quite fishy and the service was fairly cold and impersonal. The sommelier was quite good, but we came for the 7 course tasting menu, only one course of which was truly great (the pork with pepper stuffed with sweetbreads . We wanted coffee after the meal but were initially told we couldn 't have it because the machine was already off. The space is also oddly designed and decorated. Overall, we paid over CAD$1,000 for 4 people to have a mediocre meal in a city full of wonderful restaurants.

"Very nice ambience. The restaurant is located in an old construction near Baia's port. You eat in the middle of an old courtyard, feeling like you are back in the 1950s. Very good tableware. A bit less comfortable is the entrance, as the place is right on the street, very busy and dangerous on saturday night. Service is good too, just a bit harrassing with waiters explaining every dish with long descriptions one forgets the second lates they finish. That is part of an atmosphere the owner wants to be classy and elegant. The problem is that food is not at the same level. I mean, it is good and fresh, especially raw fish, but preparations are too standard to justify an averagely high price. In a table of 7, we had cold and hot starters including raw seafood and one main dish (paranza fried fish for some and catch of the day for the others), plus 5 desserts and white wine. I believe 310€ are a bit too much for what we had, not really in terms of quantity, but for the quality of the preparations. One example is the cold starter: a dish composed by 5 different starters to be eaten from left to right, from lighter to stronger taste. You start with one single raw sea truffle, go on with a tuna tartare, one single raw baby red shrimp with burrata, raw calamari slices and finally smoked salmon. Good quality and right taste, but nothing new, no special work from the chef, that's food you can find in every good-standard restaurant in the area of Naples. Same with the fish we had: too simple. In my view, simplicity is a positive value in food, but not for a place that wants to construct its own style on a classy and elaborate (and expensive) cuisine concept. Different situation concerning the desserts which I personally didn't try but left my friends with very good sensations. In conclusion, it's worth a try, can be good for a romantic tête-à-tête or a dinner with friends, but don't expect a special experience."
