family business authentic hongkong eats well! on the way to edinburgh, stopped in york and found it random. so good.

This is not a flash restaurant rather it is a family run cafe with great service and superb freshly cooked authentic food. Really good all round.

We had diner here tonight, food is awesome so fresh and tasty , rather different dishes. A wee room at the back of the take away, happy family running it with lovely girls helping. You must try this place when in the area .

I had a wonderful meal here on saturday evening. Service was amazing and the food just excellent. Value for money was really good too. The surroundings are definitely not typical chinese decor but that just added to our great experience here.

An authentic chinese experience and wonderful food especially their char sui pork dishes and my personal favourite is beef with choi sum. My family and I have enjoyed many meals at this little gem of a restaurant since September 2021 wholeheartedly recommend this...restaurant if you value substance over style.

food quality and good service, but not exactly romantic atmosphere. eating in the section is practical as the restaurant tends, very busy. the staff is very friendly and friendly. I usually don't go for the soups, but the quality was so. well I couldn't resist it, it was a little on the expensive side, but then, they get what they pay.

Truly authentic HK food. What a gem to have in York and you can save the train ticket to get to a city with a China town to have it! Mr and Mrs owner are such nice people too!! Encore is a given! For tea-drinkers, if you like stronger teas you'll have to try their HK milk tea. It's true to taste, pretty much what you're expecting having the same thing in HK!

food is 3/5, service is 0/5 cash only here, which is not a problem for me, but after we have spent £70 here, we want to take away a court for a friend because we lack 20p coin,...boss refused to add chili powder in the fried nudel as they charge extra for the addition of chili. the funny thing is that they agreed at the beginning of 20p discount, later came the owner and told us that they changed their mind and we heard that they speak in the kitchen, if you can not afford 20p, not add chili hallo, we have just £70, hallo, 4 of us can understand English, mandarin and cantonese. are you talking about your customers?
