"we are looking for a decent place to eat as a family of 4. we have booked our table in the victoria and hoped for the best. that was waiting a little longer than I am used to in pubs serving dug, but when that came, that was understandable. the food served not pub grub, but excellent freshly prepared food that was worth waiting. catering for 2 adult and 2 fussy children the personal, where friendly, helpful and attentive. will come back to any case and would recommend trying this place"

This place is recently under new ownership. We really enjoyed it. Looks great inside. So cozy and pretty. Food was great. Service was great.

Menu very poor. No fish when sat down to order. No boiled potato’s on meal ordered. Overall very very poor. Price not cheap with food that is on offer

Just a bit trampy, as to be expected from a city centre wetherspoons, a bit smelly, sticky tables, sticky floor, 1 tooth bill sat on the next table shouting at the TV. Decent danger pint Voir le carte

The fries were dark and oily, the menu was a bit limited. The drinks were quite expensive at £6 per pint. The staff were friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was nice, but it was very cold, possibly due to the wide-open doors.

The hills have eyes. Greeted by some hillbillys at the bar. You could see the girls knickers who was pulling pints and it wasn't a pretty sight. No lights on out the back. Won't go back here, looks like somewhere my ex wife would fit in.
