The food and service at this restaurant are always excellent. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Went for Sunday dinner with family for wife’s birthday. Was very busy but service was spot on and the food was absolutely great. Would highly recommend.

I have been to this restaurant two Fridays in a row and once again experienced fabulous service and delicious food on both occasions. Even though the restaurant was busy, the service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be returning in a few weeks.

Had Sunday lunch today with friends. As soon as we sat down our drinks order was taken and once we had these our food order was taken. We went for the 3 courses and dear me every mouthful was wonderful. Service, food and setting was first class. Many thanks to all the staff for a wonderful afternoon.

I had just sat down with my family when asked if we were playing the quiz which we weren’t and then we were told that we would have to give our table up for someone who was despite us spending money there!!!! Totally unprofessional and there should be a sign up on a Sunday saying that only those playing the quiz are welcome. Voir le carte

Average pub grub in very noisy setting. Visited on a Saturday night and it was very busy. The food was ok nothing special, however the service was excellent. We were a large party who had pre ordered and everyone got the meals they ordered. Due to the noise it was impossible to have a conversation with those in my own party. Really not my cup of tea.

Lived up to expectations ! Booked a table well in advance so many people speak so well of this pub for its food so do book ahead. Standard pub menu fish and chips, steaks, curry as well as specials on the board at the far end of the bar. Lovely friendly staff food took a little time to come , but, all of us enjoyed good size portions . Nevertheless, we all opted for desserts crumble, cheesecakes, bread and butter pudding all offered with a choice of cream, ice cream or custard! What’s not to like ? Now looking forward to return for a Sunday lunch again highly recommended by locals !

The restaurant had a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. We were greeted with a smile and the heating made it very comfortable. The place was busy with lots of other diners which added to the great atmosphere. The food was hot and tasty, although there was a bit of a wait due to how busy they were. The presentation was also well done. Each of us ordered something different and we were all happy with our meals. However, the dessert we ordered, an apple crumble, was very disappointing. It had very little crumble and was served with lukewarm apple sauce underneath. It was a letdown. Parking at the restaurant was challenging, but there is alternative parking available across the road in a residential... Voir le carte
