The waitress-sorry forgot name...next time get her to put her name on the card. Was amazing and could not do enough for our family.. Thank you for the best service in MK.

One seven days a week, including Mondays when lots of other places are closed. We may have gone hungry if the owner of our B&B hadn’t told us about The Three Trees! Great food and service.

Had Sunday lunch here on my birthday! And the staff sang Happy Birthday for me which was very touching! And a really good Sunday carvery lunch as well. Great place and friendly atmosphere.

Went for Sunday dinner as family, ran out of Yorkshire Puddings, only one meat available, option of only one pie out of 4, given vegetarian instead of meat, ran out of certain wines! Awful options and waiter didn’t understand what we were asking!

I KNOW MY FOOD , AS IM A CHEF AND THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! WORST FOOD EVER, NO FLAVOUR ROAST POTATOES WERE RUBBERY VEGETABLES WERE OVERCOOKED GRAVY WAS OUT OF A JAR NO CONDIMENTS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND NO KIDS MENU WHICH I THINKS REALLY BAD.

What a very nice venue. Unfortunately, the food left a lot to be desired. The cocktail I ordered was dreadful, just like drinking a glass of strong lemon juice. The soup was watery and tasteless. The Lasagne was so dry, there was no bechemal sauce, and the potatoes with the salmon were fried, not saute'd. The wait time was unacceptable, but the waitresses were excellent. Overall, not a good dining experience.

We had a fabulous relaxing afternoon/early evening. There were 13 of us and Louise (our waitress) was amazing. She remembered our orders without writing them down. Nothing was too much trouble and she was very efficient. The food was of a good standard and all arrived at the same time (we had preordered). If I go again I would not have the carvery as the choices were limited and the gammon and beef were both very chewy (my dog enjoyed it tho). The turkey was lovely and the veg well cooked. Louise is a definite asset to the establishment and made our family get together all the more enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful memorable time.

First of all, I will have to say that we have been using this pub for many years now, and until very recently, it has been probably our favourite place to go but unfortunately that has now changed. As far as the food is concerned. The last three or four meals have been very poor quality and about 2/3 of the normal size. I recently had liver and bacon and was presented with four tiny pieces of rockhard liver, about two spoonfuls of mashed potato and a plate, full of peas ! My friend had Hunter‘s chicken, which again was a tiny piece of chicken, extremely dry and half the size it used to be I have been told the carvery is still good in fairness, but I don’t think we will be eating there anymor...

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. We were a party of 13 so pre-ordered most of our food a week or so ahead. We were seated in a conservatory-like space, which was decorated really nicely and allowed us much more privacy than you typically get in a pub. There was not a single complaint about the food, which was delicious and all came quickly. My experience with larger groups is that normally something is wrong but this was just not the case. The whole team was lovely and professional. The waitress who oversaw our table was named Louise and she was a complete star. From remembering 13 drink orders without noting them down, right through to easing the pain of splitting the...
