"While staying nearby for a few days, we received a recommendation to dine at The Swan. Despite the rainy weather, we booked a table for lunch on Sunday and went for a scenic walk from Pershore to work up an appetite. The pub was cozy and inviting, as were the staff. Even though we were in wellies and a bit damp, we were welcomed into the restaurant where we dried off and enjoyed a fantastic lunch. The place was packed, which is no surprise given the delicious food and excellent service. The outdoor garden booths looked charming, even though they were empty that day. I ordered the large fish and chips, which was perfectly cooked and not greasy, while my companion enjoyed the tasty mixed grill. The chocolate mousse dessert was rich and satisfying, especially the accompanying shortbread biscuit. We had a great meal and will definitely return if we are in the area again. I couldn't find any faults with anything at this restaurant. The food, service, and drinks were all excellent. I will definitely recommend and return. The price per person is between £20-30.
