"Great food and decent vegan options. There was a bit of a mistake with one of our vegan meals but the manager came out and seemed so genuine in his disappointment with the error. They said that they had spoken to the chef and would learn from it, which was enough for me (it was such a heartfelt apology), but they wouldn't let me pay for the rest of the meal or even just the drinks which there was nothing wrong with. I really appreciated their reaction to their mistake, and the goodwill gesture. I will definitely be back because the staff are really genuine and the food was excellent!"
