The staff was very friendly. The food and drinks were good, especially the beer. The service was fantastic, receiving a 5-star rating. The location and atmosphere were both at a 5-star level as well, making it a perfect spot for a romantic evening.

This is our favorite pub for family meals. We are always warmly welcomed and Sue goes out of her way to cater to our grandchildren's dietary needs. The food and drinks are excellent, the service is top-notch, and the location is perfect. The hotel offers great views, is kid-friendly, and is a great value.

The service at this restaurant was subpar as the bar staff seemed inexperienced, handling pint glasses with their fingers while pouring drinks. The food was basic with little taste or creativity, and empty glasses were left on our table for the entire evening. Additionally, when we requested sauce to accompany our dry steak, it was forgotten until we reminded them. Overall, I would not dine here again. Voir le carte

The thatched country pub is a charming spot with outdoor seating by a large pond. The bar and restaurant are on different levels connected by steps. While the welcome was friendly, the prices were high, with a below average local bitter costing £5.10. Overall, we found the food and drinks to be expensive for what you get. The service was rated 4 out of 5, and the location received a 5 out of 5. We likely won't be coming back.

We came for a meal and didn't stay. There were six of us for Sunday lunch, they offer a traditional roast, with either beef, lamb or chicken, they also offer a nut roast which my wife said was delicious. I had a mixed meat roast. All the ingredients were really good quality and the food was cooked to perfection. Although, it was busy, the staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We only visited to eat, not stay. Food was excellent, the menu was interesting and good value. The only disappointment was being seated in the room furthest from the bar and nearest the kitchen. It meant the ambience was lacking. In addition, it was obvious that my sister has mobility issues as she had crutches,so taking us to a table furthest from the door was not helpful.
