The Sloop Inn - Menu

I visited the family twice recently, for Sunday dinner and had excellent service and food every time! Really freshly cooked, great menu, good choice for vegetarians and all around positive experience.

Very nice fish and chips on a Sunday evening. The good was fresh cooked and very nice there is an open fire and a bar. The place was reasonably busy but service was good Warm and inviting on a cs winter night

The food is top-class and the service was excellent that we were amazing from the moment we arrived nice and cozy the employees were that we definitely go back. We'll travel from Cleethorpes. I'm glad to see you all soon.

Went here for lunch, the food was lovely, both me and hubby had Fish,Chips mushy peas and tea for two, all was very well presented and cooked to perfection. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely go back soon.

Fantastic food. Was just for a surprise 40. Birthday for my daughter. I wanted to take a 21 party somewhere, including a lady in a wheelchair. The owners and employees, where brilliant. Everything was smooth and organized. We all had a great time. I would definitely recommend The Sloop. Beverley

Went yesterday 21 Oct.What a nice venue and the food was excellent and not at all expensive. Pensioners specials excellent. Dog friendly and good service. We all agreed that the fish/ chips were the tastiest of the 30 or so establishments we frequented over the last three years. Definitely going again

We moved back to West Ella in East Riding in September. We like to find new places to go. Anyway, we found this pub after visiting the nearby Humber Bridge view zone. It doesn't look much outside. For the first time just for a drink. Very pleasantly surprised. Nice selection of drinks, nice staff and it was busy. We booked a table a few weeks later to eat. All fresh house cooked food that was very tasty and decent. Plenty of choice, main menu, special menu, vegetarian menu and children's menu give enough choice for any taste. we will return

Where do I start I walked into the pub and was greeted with smiles and greetings from all the staff it felt so welcoming and so nice. The food was incredible and there was such a huge selection of beers and ciders on tap I didn't know what to choose from, out the back there is a small beer garden which feels so homely and to top it off its also dog friendly also the food oh my goodness wow it was nice but the sloop onn will make u leave feeling fresh and revived and make u want to go back sooner for more, hands down one of, if not the best in the area and trust me I have been to a few but overall 10/10 amazing little pub

Visited with a party of 7 for an evening meal for a special family occasion. At their request, we pre ordered in advance from the menu to 'help the kitchen staff '. Arrived a few minutes late for our booking but before all of our group had arrived, they started to bring the food without warning! When you have a normal table booking, without a pre order, you usually arrive, select from the menu wait! Why was our food expected to be on the table the minute we walked through the door! Although the food was very nice We felt rushed (tried to clear plates before food was finished) unwelcome probably won 't eat here again. So disappointed.
