It was hectic, was given a time, table not ready so had to stand in the middle of the bar area, no apology, just 'you can get a drink at the bar ' from the service and comments from the staff, this was normal for a Saturday night... shame! Price per person: £100+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I made a last-minute reservation and found this beautiful little pub in a charming village online. We really enjoyed our experience here. The fish and chips and calamari were outstanding. The lovely waitress, who seemed to be from another country and did not speak much English, was incredibly helpful and genuinely dedicated to her job.

Outstanding!! We visited on Sunday evening and the service and food was excellent. The bao buns and gyōzas were delicious, along with the scotch egg for starters. I had the lamb shoulder for main and the lamb was cooked to perfection, tender and melt in the mouth. My partner had the roast beef and it was delicious and cooked perfectly. Lovely friendly staff and fast service in a cosy pub with a warm inviting atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back again soon. My first visit to The Ship at Levington was a wonderful experience. Despite being very busy, the atmosphere was great. We dined in a cozy side room off the main bar and although there was a bit of a wait, it was well worth it. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is situated next to the church in a beautiful location near the marina and River Orwell. I look forward to returning in the summer to see the pub in daylight hours. I highly recommend The Ship for its excellent food, service, and atmosphere, all rated 5 stars. Voir le carte
