"After taking a stroll on the beach, we decided to stop for a quick sherbet. There was a great selection of local ales, and the service was very friendly. big pub. for years regular. now under new management. Sunday roast was great, but the bark should be cut thinner and the bratkartoffels must be crasper. but the beef gravy was an amazing food group that all their own.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent! It was one of the best dinners I've ever had. I appreciate their attention to quality. The location is beautiful—picturesque and nostalgic. We absolutely loved it!

Staying nearby on holiday. Have eaten here twice, once when it was busy as and again when very quiet. Staff polite and friendly, super service and delicious food. Actually witnessed a customer's large dog bite a member of staff (drawing blood), very calmly dealt with. Will return for sure.
