"We arrived at 1:30 PM on Saturday for a late lunch and found the restaurant nearly empty. We ordered the small fish and chips, a burger, a steak pie, and the mixed grill. The meals were delicious—the fish was fresh, and the burger was juicy. The steak pie was generous with the meat, and the mixed grill was enjoyable as well. The experience was disappointing. The exterior of the restaurant appeared worn and uninviting, and even though it was nearly empty inside, we were told that they couldn’t serve us food due to being too busy.
