Lovely café. We enjoyed breakfast and a ciabatta. The staff were extremely friendly. Dining in for brunch was a pleasant experience. The prices ranged from £1-10 per person. The food was rated a 4, service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5.

This tea room in the center of Polperro is simply fabulous. The food is always delicious, with great soups and lovely milkshakes. The service is excellent, making it the perfect spot for a lunchtime treat. Prices range from £10 to £20 per person.

The service at this restaurant was slow, however, the food was excellent. The slow service wouldn't have been a problem if we had allowed more than 3 hours for parking, waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive, after a 20-minute wait to order. The setting was beautiful though. Voir le carte

The cream tea hit the spot, two light and fruity scones with plenty of cream and jam. The cheese pastie was delush. Great service and our Westie was given a biscuit. We visited here on 19/09/2023 for breakfast at 10am when they open. We were met with a warm welcome and so was our dog. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. We ordered the full English breakfast which was 2 of everything and had mushrooms, eggs, tomatoes, baked beans , hash browns, sausages, bacon and black pudding and a separate plate of toast and butter. We have to say that this has to be one of the best breakfasts we have ever had and we were full for the rest of the day. It was piping hot, fresh and very tasty. Highly recommend visiting this place and we will certainly go back.

I really wanted to give this lovely café 5 stars, but I had to mark them down because of the amount of time I was kept waiting just to be acknowledged and eventually served. Upon entering the café I asked at the counter if I had to wait to be seated, the lady told me to grab a table and someone would be with me soon. Twenty minutes I waited to be served, and during that time a lady from another table approached the counter and complained that her party had been waiting for quite some time and still hadn’t been served which proves I wasn’t the only customer who felt like they’d been forgotten about.
