"The 'Unlimited' tea and coffee only appeared after my husband had to track down a staff member to request it. Despite promises that staff would oversee the day, they were nowhere to be found except for a few young girls serving pre-arranged drinks. When we raised our concerns with the manager, he was apologetic and agreed with our complaints. However, when the owner contacted us, they were condescending and implied that we had not spent enough money to receive the promised service. The owner refused to meet with us in person, stating that it would be a waste of their time on their day off. No compensation was offered, leaving us feeling undervalued despite the substantial amount we had paid. Overall, we do not recommend the hospitality, service, or offerings of this restaurant. They failed to deliver on their promises and did not provide the level of service expected based on their advertised standards."

we had a nice afternoon tee with a groupon voucher this was nice and the service was excellent. beautiful in the inner felt very welcome. only on the bottom was the price of the wee dear. you will recommend this place Voir le carte

stay for two nights over the bank holiday and had an amazing stay. beautiful room, decor modern but tasteful, staff so friendly. had the taste menu for dinner at the first night and it was excellent. will recommend friends and will come back. Thank you a .

what a fabulous place to stay, a small break from the world! I fought in time in restaurants with Zeoliacs disease, but I came here, I didn't worry very attentive staff and nice eating at all. the room was amazing! have and is recommended and will be back!

We went for the 5-course tasting menu, each course we gave 5 out of 5, their 23 year old chef, Ben, has a wonderful way with food! Only one small downside was that on this particular evening they had no ice for our vodka tonics our white wine� no port for our after dinner drink�nevertheless we will be back� Voir le carte

Just come back from here firstly the staff are lovely nothing too much trouble and very friendly. We had the five course tasting menu which was fabulous well done chef and the rooms were tastefully decorated comfortable beds tea and coffee facilities. Cannot fault this hotel lovely will definitely be going back

what a fabulous stay! our room was clean, cozy with a most comfortable bed. the decor and layout is perfect for this style of the hotel. the en suite has been well equipped with a beautiful selection of care products. the personal is friendly, courteous and so attentive while it remains professional. they are a real pleasure to deal with it. that was amazing. in our first night we had set up the five-course dinner with a selection of dishes. everything was cooked for perfection and perfectly seasoned. each dish was a joy! they have some very talented employees in this kitchen that should be so proud of what they produce. all in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a new fore...
