However, the buffet didn't live up to our expectations. We had heard about it from a Netflix show and were eager to try it, but the selection was far less extensive than advertised. To make matters worse, much of the food was incredibly dry. The chicken wings, pork, and ribs were all disappointing and nearly inedible. On a positive note, the pasta section was fantastic, and the chef was very accommodating, which was a highlight. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of what you'd expect from a buffet aiming for a higher-end dining experience. It felt like a waste of money, and honestly, I think a regular buffet would have provided a similar experience without the fancy atmospher...

I rushed over after watching "Million Dollar Buffet," but it didn’t quite live up to the portrayal from the show. Key features were missing—there was no caviar station, no oyster bar, and no lobster. Though the seafood that was available was quite good, I was most disappointed by the absence of the beef Wellington, which was highlighted as their signature dish in the show. What I did find was of very good quality, reminiscent of a nice cruise ship buffet rather than a high street chain. On the plus side, the staff were exceptional. I came here with high expectations after seeing the Netflix doc. I have visited the grove a number of times so had high expectations. Service is average, I would expect more, HOWEVER... given its a buffet, I disagree with charging service on anything other than drinks, it's a buffet, self service, so why charge 12.5% service on the food? I appreciate its discretionary but a diner is put in an awkward situation by refusing... whilst I appreciate they clear the plates, that is the cost of owning a restaurant...
