Diner with my other half. The staff are very welcoming and attentive . Waiter Mark/Matt? that took care of us for most of the time did an amazing impression on us with professionalism and care for customers. He made his job look effortless. The vibe of the hotel/restaurant is of coziness and intimacy. Food was alright, we’ll definitely come again!

I know you see a lot of reviews claiming they've just had the best roast ever, but this was actually the best roast I've had. Me and the Mrs go all over Sussex trying roasts and this place is in 1st place. The staff were friendly and approachable, the setting is beautiful and the food is delicious and full of flavour.
