We had a lovely breakfast here at half term, such good quality and absolutely delicious. Plus we didn’t have to wait too long, which was good as we had a hungry 5 year old with us. Great value too

What a great way to start the day. Two superb sausages, two bacon, two fried eggs, proper portion of baked beans, toast and cooked to perfection. Very nice staff. I definitely will be back, and soon.

Fresh food, cooked to order, with a specials menu changing daily. Fish cooked to perfection by Shaun and a lovely welcome from Kelley. Great value and long may it prosper. Come on Budleigh enjoy this place and support its future.

Today we had the most delicious three course Christmas lunch. I would heartily recommend the Dolphin Cafe. The best lunch eaten for sometime. Portions were plentiful, hot and very tasty. We all left with a warm glow. We will definitely be back. Budleigh's new jewel. Voir le carte

The new owners of the Dolphin have transformed the place. The meal was superb… The parsnip soup starter was delicious and the main course of turkey was beautifully cooked and presented. The portions were very generous. Excellent meal . It’s a shame Christmas only comes once a year! Nice place , nice people, nice food.

We popped in here for lunch during a stopover in Budleigh Salterton. We both had the Fish Chips which were delicious. The fish was cooked to perfection and it was so great to see that there wasn’t even a drop of fat on the plate. The chips were cooked nicely with a crunchy outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. The service was great too, so all in all a 5 star experience.

Went in for breakfast…. Wife had traditional English …. Super local products cooked to perfection My choice was locally caught fresh mackerel on toast, fresh from the sea. Perfectly filleted and skinned and cooked to perfection…. So moist and so fresh Shaun the chef is an excellent chef and it shows in the quality of his preparation and cooking….
