We didn't eat at the inn, but we had a nice dinner. However, the fish and chips were a bit dry. The staff were friendly and the service was great.

The room was beautiful, but the breakfast options did not include any hot food. The lighting was not ideal for eating breakfast. The bathroom was nice, but lacked shelving for shower items. There was no parking available, only street parking.

Fantastic food the pork loin was new to the menu and was fabulous. Highly recommend. The restaurant atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Big shout to the owner who was very attentive to the customers needs and as as plus loves the band Simple Minds!

We went for my belated Birthday Dinner my husband Johnny brought me here and it was a very good Dinner the place was so cozy with the real fire place and plus factor it is a dog friendly restaurant the staffs were so kind and so is the owner Mikey.Highly recommend the fresh garlic bread freshly made I presumed.Will be back pretty soon . Our second visit.. hidden gem in beautiful village. Claudio is a fantastic host...nothing is too much trouble for him. Substantial and quality continental breakfast, meats, cheeses, eggs, cereals, fruits etc and home made bread which is delicious. Rooms are spacious, clean and bed is really comfortable. Evening meal is fabulous...best steak ive ever eaten. The service is also freindly and efficient.. You feel like part of the village as the locals are very welcoming and hospitable too. The owner, Mike and manager Claudio welcomed our hearing dog in training with open arms, provided a dog bed, bowls and treats !! Thanks again and see you soon

I stayed at this restaurant with my young son at the end of an 8-day vacation, just passing through on our drive home. It was the most comfortable night's sleep I had during those 8 nights, even though we had stayed in two different places before. The bed was so cozy that I plan to email and ask about the mattress! The host was extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was a bit expensive, but it was delicious and definitely worth it. We booked one night initially and then had to call later to get an additional night. This was not a problem they just shuffled to room allocations around to accommodate us. From to moment we arrived they could not be more helpful and friendly, both the owner (Mickey? and Claudio the manager made us very welcome and took care of everything we wanted. After a long day at Silverstone we headed here as we had booked to stay with them in the week and how glad I am we did! Welcomed by Annie who was really lovely, she recommended a certain bottle of red wine being the Carignan for perhaps later in the evening and with all respect bigged herself up stating the food was fantastic there. You know what she couldn 't have been more right!!! The wine was delicious and the food was absolutely fantastic, arguably some of the nicest food I 've ever eaten, massive respect to the chef, if I bumped in to him/her I 'd be giving them high praise. Decided on the day, that we fancied a Sunday Roast. The regular places we knew were fully booked. Googled this lovely place and thought we would give it a try. Gave them a call and booked a table. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a happy smile, I think he was the owner (I'm not too sure). He took our drinks order and only waited a few moments before we were seated at our table. We were positioned next to a very large table of guests and the staff took our order. We didn't have to wait too long before the food arrived. Hubby and son had a starter, I was saving myself for pudding! Starters were served hot and well presented. We all ordered the Sunday Roast...
