"as usual, eating was excellent and our favourite in the pub area. the only difference in this time was the service in which we felt forgotten when we were chatting busy but had to catch attention to give our order and sweet order, but the personal was still very nice. we have come for many years and have stayed there and we would recommend it. the sweets are the best."

Lovely place to eat, staff are very friendly and attentive. We had a delicious meal and catered for gluten free options, even brought gf bread to the table for the aperitifs.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant—100%! The food was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. I especially recommend the steak and ale cake; it was the best dessert I've had in a long time.

Hubby I had a fantastic meal yesterday. Our plates were sent back empty. Starters Main courses were delicious. Sorry didn't have room for pudding. Staff very polite service was good. We will be back. Thanks to Chefs rest of the staff for great meal x Voir le carte

From check in to check out the experience was 5 star...the room we had was spacious and modern.. and very clean. Lovely clean white towels and bath robes. We ate in the restaurant and the food was fantastic..would strongly recommend. The staff were so friendly too.

One night stay this weekend Well worth a visit as our stay was perfect, food was excellent and staff were great and very helpful Breakfast, full English with fresh fruit and all the trimmings was perfect, well cooked and very well presented Will certainly consider a second visit

Due to bad weather traffic issues, called in to book a room for the night. Excellent service hospitality from everyone. Room was lovely and large. Walk-in shower is amazing. Last night, we had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The service was excellent, and the chef was more than happy to accommodate our dietary needs. He prepared a vegan burger for us, and it was absolutely delicious! It should definitely be added to the regular menu. I highly recommend this place!

We would like to extend our thanks to the duty manager, Tommy, the kitchen staff, the chef, and of course, Emily for making our experience so enjoyable.
