Ok, but there's tonnes better. Beef great, chicken a bit pink. No bread sauce with chicken. No highchair as requested, or offered when obviously needed. Small plate offered but never turned up. Veg is just boiled nothing interesting. Crumble was lovely. Mixed bag.

We recently enjoyed a lunch at The Pub. The calamari starter was incredibly fresh, the chicken thigh burger was delicious, and the venison was cooked perfectly pink. The service was attentive and accommodating to our dog. We would definitely recommend dining here.

We recently found this place and absolutely love it. Starting with cocktails: seriously the best Old Fashioned in the UK. From their the food is so tasty: calamari starter, the venison, the Caesar salad with chicken is another favourite dish. The staff are marvelous. Can’t wait to try other dishes! Voir le carte

Amazing! Loved it! Such kind attentive staff, so aware of the customers needs. We were sat by the lovely fire. Food devine! Cocktails amazing! Definitely going back! And dog friendly too! What an amazing place, only popped in for a drink to meet some friends. Greeted with a nice friendly welcome. Staff were very tentative and accommodating. After seeing the food coming out we then decided to stay longer for food. We hadn’t booked but they managed to find us a table in the restaurant. The food was amazing and reasonably priced.

Kudos to the kitchen team who delivered a very tasty meal!! We went for a light lunch and with for the smoked salmon, veggi croquettes and some chips. The smoked salmon was out of this world, so tasty!! And the croquettes and chips were just the you wanted them. The decor of the place is nice and helps providing a good vibe. If I was in the area again, I would come back without a doubt! Voir le carte

Festive menu, Had turkey entree. Very nice, most turkey,extra crispy roast potatoes. Plate could have been hot. Food went cold quickly. Xmas pud for dessert felt gritty and tasted chewy as if it was a value pud that had been overcooked in a microwave; very disappointing. Table was in very cold, dark part of the restaurant. Would definitely go back in the summer as overall, very pleasant surroundings and friendly staff.

Today I stopped by for lunch at this charming pub with a friendly gentleman behind the bar with black hair and glasses. However, I was disappointed with the food. The chicken burgers we ordered came with very few fries, which were burned, and my burger was cold in the middle. Despite the food issues, the staff were accommodating when it came to the bill, and we only paid for our drinks. It seems like we may have just caught them on an off day.

Amazing pub! The staff are very accommodating, the food is delicious, and the decor is fantastic. I give it a perfect 5/5 rating! On both of my recent visits, they went above and beyond to meet our special needs, such as providing a table suitable for a wheelchair user and seating us in a dog-friendly area. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful throughout. They even gave our little dog some treats (he also gives it a 5/5)! And let's not forget about the delicious Sunday roast.
