"We visit this pub frequently and have always found the staff to be very helpful. Occasionally, my partner needs to use a wheelchair to enter, and they are always accommodating, ensuring he has a comfortable seat. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our food for the first time this week, but the staff was very apologetic about it. This is unusual for us, as we usually enjoy our meals there. We've also brought friends along to dine, and we plan to come with a larger group soon. I am confident that the quality of service will return to the high standards we typically expect from the staff."
