"My sisters and I met up for a Christmas meal at this restaurant. The food did take a while to come out, but it seemed like they were serving all the tables at the same time, which was understandable. I ordered the Christmas turkey lunch, and it was absolutely delicious with very generous portions, although it wasn't very hot. The Christmas pudding I ordered was also a small portion compared to my sister's apple pie, which was a bit disappointing. The pudding was so hard that I couldn't even put my spoon through it, and it was clear that it hadn't been microwaved at all. I informed the waitress, who apologized and replaced it for me. Overall, we did enjoy our meal and would consider coming back again."

The food at this restaurant is excellent with a wide variety of options. The service is also top-notch and the prices are reasonable. Parking is not a problem either.

Great restaurant, staff very attentive and lovely surroundings. However, my wife had the sea bass which was a disappointing in that the portion was very small for the money. Basically a plate of mass potato and broccoli.

I was extremely disappointed with my dining experience. I paid 21 pounds for three small, tasteless lamb pieces and a cottage pie that was mostly mashed potatoes. The food and wine are much better at Harvester and Wetherspoons. My wife's fish and chips were also of inferior quality compared to other places.

Living locally this is a place we have to go to and it’s very hit and miss sometimes you can have the most Great food great service et cetera and other times especially when busy it can be a bit below par. This visit was okay but no great thrills. Also the portion sizes seem to have got a little bit smaller where the prices seem to have increased.
