"We visited for Sunday lunch based on a family member's recommendation. While we skipped appetizers and dessert, the main courses were outstanding. I ordered the roast pork, and my wife had the roast beef, both of which were delicious. The vegetables were top-notch as well. We enjoyed our meal with some soft drinks and a perfectly kept Marsdens Pedigree."

Beautiful, contemporary pub. Eaten there twice this week as we were holidaying nearby. Four adults all had different meals each time and the food was outstanding. Full of flavour, excellent portion sizes and top quality....was worth paying for.

Visited the Boars Head 4 nights in a row due to staying in a caraven just up the road. Staff welcoming food brill and very understanding due to my husband having an eating disorder whatever we ask for they provided. COVID19 rules were adhered to. This pub is absolutely incredible! The value for money is fantastic, and the staff and food are both outstanding! I've had the pleasure of dining there not only from their regular menu but also for their Sunday dinner, and I can honestly say it was absolutely delicious! The Sunday roast is stunning!

first class pub! is all pub classics good by the look of him. the eating we had was great as we are the drinks. the pub is in a beautiful part of wales with magnificent view and is welcoming and modern. the staff was excellent, friendly but knew exactly what they did; I would highly recommend this place!
