"Tarana Review of Tarana restaurant Lingfield , location is very prominent , on the main High Street. The restaurant can be easily be seen on the high street after passing the roundabout as you enter the high street . As you enter the front door , you quickly realise it’s so large in size and very spacious with colourful lighting. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated with a wow factor , great ambiance . As you walk through there is lounge bar area on the left to enjoy a drink before you are seated to your table. Tonight we are here to dine and enjoy the Dua Lipa live tribute singing and dancing so great atmosphere here tonight ! They have a wonderful range of cocktails non alcoholic and alcoholic with exciting range of drink menu . Great if you’re driving and not in to alcohol , the choice is unlimited unlike your usual typical indian with basic soft drinks . There is dance floor to do some hip hop or just slow , choice is yours! We have been to most of their restaurants and it’s “simply the best” in terms of entertainment food and drinks . The prices are very reasonable for what you get from them and service is wonderful with a smile King prawn butterflies appetisers and king purree , wonderful and nicely flavoured, served with designer chillies and salad . Main courses , Tiger Prawn biryani King prawn biryani duck biryani with side dishes of fresh bindi bhaji sag bhaji tarka dall wow ! Simply mind blowing food "

"Had a great meal at The Grumpy Mole on Friday evening. We hadn't booked but took a chance and just turned up. We asked to sit outside and found a lovely spot on the terrace under the shade of a welcome parasol. Our waitress was very efficient, friendly and polite. The food was served in a timely manner and everything felt relaxed and very welcoming. The two starters we enjoyed were the smoked salmon parcel and cheese bacon potato skins, both absolutely sublime. For mains we had the Cajun burger with fries, coleslaw and salad, and calves liver, bacon, onions with mash and vegetables. Both delicious. Everything cooked to our liking, so very happy tummies! Can't wait to return here for another great meal in a lovely setting. Had to add another review, as we went back for a great lunch on Saturday. It was a very rainy day but that was completely forgotten the moment we entered The Royal Oak. The waiting staff were absolutely brilliant, made us feel so welcome and valued. We were offered a very cosy table in The Alcove. We chose the lamb rump with Dauphinoise potatoes and vegetables, and the Steak and ale pie with new potatoes and vegetables. Absolutely delicious! This place has become a real gem and the staff appear so committed to giving you a really special experience. A big thanks to everyone at the Grumpy Mole Oxted!"

"Excellent meal in lovely surroundings My son and I visited the Ghurka for a family meal, It was interesting to try Nepalese as opposed to the more common Indian cookery. We were not disappointed with very fine tasting pickles to accompany popadoms to start. We passed on starters of which there was a varied choice to preserve our appetite for the mains. We both chose from the Nepalese section and the means were leaner tasting than the usual Indian cuisine (which we love too by the way). Spices were delicately and expertly applies throughout all the dishes and the naans were beautiful too. Service was friendly and attentive and I would recommend this place to anyone"

"My wife and I visited for the first time and I have to say it didn’t disappoint. On the contrary, it impressed. The owner, his sister and the staff were very warm and welcoming. We felt more like family than customers and this made the experience so enjoyable. We had the garlic prawns and lamb’s liver to start simply delicious and cooked perfectly. Liver is very easy to overdo but this is as good as it gets. We both ordered the mixed grill for our mains. I’ve eaten many mixed grills in the past but this was just perfect and plentiful. Soft chunks of meat cooked with care. This place is a cut above your everyday Turkish restaurant. Everything about Chef’s Cuisine was just perfect. We believe that great food and service should go hand in hand and Chef’s Cuisine have nailed both. As long as they continue to meet such high standards, which I’m sure they will, we’ll keep going back. Just try stopping us!! Looking forward to my next visit already."

"Just been for afternoon lunch. Very poor 2 cold dinners when we said they just removed and replaced with not even sorry about that, no cutlery given out to the 5 of us . we got that ourselves the young lad serving was fine he said sorry and offered free puddings but no thanks and removed 2 meals from our bill. The best part with the bill after having the 2 meals removed they add 1 and half salads to the bill. The response it happens things get added. It was supposed to be a nice lunch out but it left a sour taste for all 5 people. Very poor show and will never return."
