"Stopped into the Skylark on our first morning in Eastbourne. My husband got the Avocado toast with a side of bacon, and I got the muesli (which was strawberries, bananas and raspberries that morning). Two strong cappuccinos to go with it and our best breakfast in Britain, by far!!! Came back the next day and the friendly waitress remembered our order exactly. Great place!"

Such a great breakfast and the poached eggs were perfect! Loved that there were veggie vegan options Would definitely go again to try something different- the battered fish looked incredible!

We found the restaurant Skylark during our spontaneous visit to Eastbourne. I'm so happy that I booked a reservation. The food was incredible, the ambiance too. Great and knowledgeable service. Hopefully we will come back.
