Fantastic food which is freshly cooked and good value. The service was attentive without being in your face. The atmosphere is very relaxing with a warm family feel. Nice touch as they accept well behaved dogs upto 6pm

This is such a great place to have a meal or just a coffee. I love the whole sea theme going through. Especially gorgeous before Christmas. Meals are reasonably priced. Car park is big but paid, but off season it is enough parking on street. Lovely staff. Clean premises and overall good experience. I personally been her few times and I love coming back.

Wonderful place! I love the interior; there are so many interesting ocean-themed decorations on the walls and deck. The staff was excellent—very friendly and attentive. We had an issue with our order, and the manager handled it gracefully by deducting it from the bill without any fuss. I would have given it five stars if my steak had been a little cleaner and if there had been more vegetables.

The Sea Shanty cafe is the place to go! A warm atmosphere with tasteful nautical decoration, the cafe has an approachable and unique style. Every corner has something new to discover, adding another level to our visit. The food was phenomenal! Tasty, hearty and beautifully served, the chef's deserve praise for their high standards. The staff were approachable and kind and made sure that we were well looked after and are a real credit to the cafe. I highly recommend The Sea Shanty and will be coming back for more! Voir le carte

I had a wonderful meal here recently. The two people with children, who had little appetites, both ordered the smaller portions from the sea shanty menu. However, I noticed that despite their claims, their plates were almost completely cleaned. They both insisted they couldn’t leave anything behind because the fish and chips were so delicious. I really enjoyed my pasta dishes, and the salted caramel ice cream for dessert was fantastic. Our waitress was lovely—very helpful and friendly. It’s such a shame that we live a two-hour drive away!

Visited Sea Shanty cafe for lunch whilst we were in Wales and we loved it. The space is huge, tables are spread out and very comfortable. Because we are in the middle of winter, the fire was going and had this lovely cosy feel to it. Food was outstanding, for starters we had hallumi fries and calamari followed by Thai pork belly and fish and chips and my son had the popcorn chicken. Everything was delicious, staff were very welcoming and everything was spot on. We are happy enough to go back again tomorrow for lunch. Also huge plus as it is dog friendly and the location is right on a beach.

My family and I returned today for our second visit to this wonderful restaurant, and we’ll definitely be back! The place is beautifully decorated with incredible attention to detail, and both the food and service are fantastic. Our waitress, who also happened to have family from Stoke, took the time to engage with our children and added a lovely personal touch to our experience. Nothing seemed to bother her, and she was incredibly accommodating. The food was outstanding, and the chocolate brownie dessert is simply to die for! I plan to return at least once more before the end of the week! The ice cream stand with its selection of amazing flavors at the front of the restaurant was also a hug... Voir le carte
