"a restaurant I recommend absolutely. a diversified menu, which revisits some dishes of the Piedmont tradition and also introduces interesting news. you enter a very cozy environment, attentive to details, with good goto and very comfortable. nice idea of the tables with bench, very comfortable. put en place cured, a beautiful idea of oare dishes “in bulk”. I ate the degotation menu, with a variant in the appetizer, because I wanted to taste the albese and I was pleased because the appetizer proposed in the menu was not well balanced, nice the dish, good the bass ... but the champignons in a restaurant so ... I wouldn't expect. Good veal. beautiful idea of pizza daisy “composed” , good, beautiful and very goose. as before I have pumpkin tortelli were good, the pasta really did well. another commensale instead took the rice mixture, and really was good, the right kitchen. there was also a little disadventure on rice, but the chef managed very well the situation (a little less the room) we also tasted the cappelletti with chicken broth, and. The puff here was also delicious. as second brace and scallops, I would say the best dish, an excellent dosage of the ingredients with a really pleasant balance. I didn't come to desserts, but I only tasted English soup and tarte tatin. Well, personally I would hate not liquid cream, but a semi-mounted cream, like ice cream. right price, euro per head about, with a good bottle of wine of the valley (avana martina if I can afford a tip to really have the five stars is investing on the formation of the staff of the room, because today invests a lot (only) on the kitchen, but less on the room. "Non è per niente comune trovare un posto così in Val di Susa. Cibo di qualità, bell'ambiente, personale competente e gentile. La cantina e' inoltre vastissima e adatta ad ogni tipo di esigenza e di portafoglio. Un bellissimo posto che dona raffinatezza e dignità alla cucina piemontese."

"We were staying in nearby B&B Castello di Camerletto and our hostess recommended this lovely restaurant which was about a ten minute drive away. We called and made reservations and were the first people to arrive. Out server was a really friendly guy who spoke enough English to help us order and we asked him to bring some local food that is popular in the area. we started out with a nice beer (7.50 euros) and a glass of the local Barolo wine (6.50 euros). Then he brought out a huge meat and cheese board (10 euros) that had some really tasty meats and even some raw sausage. Then we had the Carne Cruda (10 euros), another raw meat from the region I think it was veal served in a really nice white sauce. We then had the Gnocchi Edizone Speciale (13 euros), which had a tasty cheese sauce on it and a Tagliatelle (13 euros) with mushrooms and liver. Everything was really tasty and the restaurant was soon filled with lots of hungry customers as it is obviously a popular place to eat and drink in the small town of Buttigliera Alta. When we left, I discovered that I had left my hat there and so I called and they told me they found it and I was able to pick it up the next night, which was really nice. If you're ever in the area check them out and make sure to ask for food that's from the local area you won't be disappointed!"

"Une ancienne ferme rénovée avec goût et des espaces amplifiés pour créer des chambres et des salles conférences, réceptions). Le tout au coeur d 'un domaine agricole produisant du vin blanc et diverses récoltes du potager. Nous y avons déjeuné un peu par hasard à vrai dire nous cherchions un agritourisme traditionnel et nous nous sommes trompés d 'adresse). Nous avons découvert un lieu très bien tenu, avec forêt et petit lac environnants, destiné à accueillir de l 'événementiel en tous genres. Nous avons très bien mangé la cuisine est ouverte sur la salle, les produits sont de première qualité et le rapport qualité/prix est avantageux). L 'accueil, comme l 'ensemble des activités du domaine, est très professionnel. Cela semble donc un lieu destiné à fare bella figura , un endroit parfait pour abriter des cérémonies, des repas d 'affaires ou des séminaires d 'entreprise. Ajoutons qu 'une dizaine de chambres ont été aménagées avec élégance et sens du détail. Difficile de comprendre les critiques ici concernant la quantité ou la qualité des repas. Mais pour un repas convivial, une rencontre amicale, mieux vaut sans doute se tourner vers un autre établissement."
