Finch - Carte

So ist das nun mal auf der Waldau, entspannt, ruhig, guter Service, ausgezeichnetes Essen. Am liebsten würde ich hier noch übernachten, aber ich wohne nur ein paar Kilometer weg.

I am so happy we choose to stay in the hotel for dinner because I was pleasantly surprised by a delicious meal. You can tell the chef takes great pride in his dishes! Will come again!

Main dining room was booked but staff agreed to serve us in the breakfast room. Carpaccio/tartare was wonderful. Lamb was wonderfully done with a balsamic reduction. It's not cheap but a meal worth the money. Voir le carte

Located in the forest surrounding Stuttgart, this is a very romantic restaurant with great service, great food and excellent wines. This makes a great place to go for a birthday, anniversary or any other major occasion.

Arrived late to the hotel, so decided to have dinner at the Finch. I had a small meal of chestnut gnocchi over pumpkin purée with mushrooms and Parmesan. It was exceptional. Overpriced? Maybe but it is a very elegant restaurant. Very romantic with private...booths and soft lighting. The staff is attentive but unobtrusive. Will return if I find myself in Stuttgart again.

Nous avons pris le dîner le 25.2. Le restaurant n'est pas bon marché, mais il vaut le prix. C'est peut-être pas l'étoile, mais certainement un excellent restaurant. Atmosphère agréable, on n'est pas coincé! Service super sympa et trés attentif. Le dîner était à la hauteur. J'avais en plat principal le foi de veau (légèrement surcuit) avec des pois fèves (dérobées!) et en finale un plateau de fromages d'un jeune affineur allemand qui était plus que remarquable! Uns hat der Besuch im Restaurant Finch viel Spaß bereitet wir haben das Dinieren hier sehr genossen. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, die Karte war abwechslungsreich und eine gute Mischung aus Klassikern (jeder findet was) und außergewöhnlicheren Zubereitungen Speisen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend, charmant und hat auch Sonderwünsche gerne erfüllt. Die Küche war sehr gut, alles auch sehr dekorativ angerichtet. Auch der Platz war sehr angenehm wir saßen in einer Nische auf zwei Sitzbänken. Einziges Manko: Aufgrund einer Veranstaltung im Nebenraum war es recht laut. Dennoch ingesamt ein richtig leckerer, gelungener Abend.

Ich bin während meiner Selbstständigkeit in vielen 4 Sterne Superior Hotels essen gewesen, doch dies, was ich gestern mit meiner angehenden Frau zusammen erlebt habe, war atemberaubend schön.Zuerst wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen, zum Tisch begleitet und auch unsere Jacken wurden gleich vom Personal zur Garderobe gebracht. Der Tisch war bereits fertig gedeckt, als wir ankamen. Und wir wurden sofort nach einem Getränkewunsch gefragt. Den Hugo müssen Sie unbedingt probieren! We stayed at the Waldhotel Stuttgart for two nights. We avoided eating at the Finch Restaurant the first night thinking that people probably dressed up for dinner, and we were pretty tired that night. We therefore ate at the bar. The food comes from the...same kitchen as the Finch Restaurant. They just have a limited menu at the bar. I ordered a club sandwich with egg which was the best club sandwich I have ever eaten. Excellent! We had breakfast in the Finch. A buffet is laid out in the adjoining room; and you can either sit there or sit in the Finch Restaurant. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.
