"The service at this restaurant was good and the location was nice, but the prices were incredibly high. A small coke priced at £4.25 seemed excessive, as did the prices of other drinks. It makes me wonder if the high prices are meant to offset the use of vouchers that do not include food, which are often used here. The food was pleasant, but not outstanding. The staff were very friendly, but overall, Prezzo just doesn't seem to be what it once was. I am unlikely to return as I didn't feel like I was getting good value for my money."

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with my family. We were celebrating my granddaughter's birthday and the staff surprised her with a special dessert, complete with a birthday message and candle. They even sang happy birthday to her! The young waiter and waitress were incredibly friendly and polite. I would rate the service 10/10. We had a great dinner dining in.
