Lovely little find. Food wonderful and staff very friendly polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much of a problem when we decided to move outside to eat.

Food is always exceptional. Lovely atmosphere in a beautiful building, went on Valentine’s night with my partner and our dog and we had a lovely evening. Highly recommend.

We liked the food, friendly service and parking. It was a nice, old building with plenty of charm character e.g. beams but sometimes it got really noisy because of the acoustics. I think in good weather, that it would be lovely to eat outside. Voir le carte

Perfection through simplicity. Beautiful decor, warm and friendly ambiance, impeccable service (by Olivia) and a wonderful evening meal experience. Food was delicious and elevated with small touches such as cracked rock salt over fresh butter with our bread, we enjoyed starters of asparagus with egg, black pudding scotch egg, seabream with grilled vegetables for main, and delighted with the thoughtfulness of a happy birthday brownie for dessert. Will be back very soon

very disappointed by our visit. first, because they do not make a reservation, even though they want to sit in the garden. it was 12.15 and the birthday of my man. second, 45 minutes waited for our lunch to say, "our ticket has not been passed through"? they would start eating now. the employees said “sweet” but no real excuse or offer of a free drink or discount on meal. decided to go instead of waiting longer. very poor customer service, would not recommend visiting. Please note that the prices are higher than the average meal times and drinks of the pub restaurant. not worth it, go somewhere else friendly.

Sunday lunch on the 27th august was a rehearsal before the booking for the Christmas day, as I always wanted to try the potting shed but never round. now I can't wait for christmas. had 2 lambs dinner and a burger who were lovely. portion size was perfect and the staff could not have been more friendly and attentive. he started with a shed ale that was great and ended with 3 cheese plates, especially because the chateauxneuf du pape was so good, we had to have another bottle with the cheese. the only slight error in our visit was the stinking dog who flees the next table, but fortunately they ended their meal times and were gone before our dinner. have been booked back to the birthday in Oct...
