"I don't normally write reviews but being new to Munich I though the food and service I received last night deserved a special effort. I rant to book late Friday afternoon for the same evening to be informed they were fully booked for bookings but...to just turn up and they'll be able to help even if there is a small wait. Arrived around to a packed and vibrate restaurant with great atmosphere. I was seated immediately however some larger groups had a very short wait, no more than mins on a Friday night which you can't really moan about. Service was first class given how busy it was, started with a beer followed by red wine by the glass for only euro (large full glass). Had Bruschetta to start which was amazing with great bright red tomato's and easily enough for two to share. For mains we the spaghetti bolognaise (true test of Italian and it was great) and chicken penne pasta. Little nice touch was parmesan cheese was bought out fresh on the table before mains served so you are not waiting around for it while food gets cold. Desert was Tiramisu and two Espresso coffees followed by another glass of red. Again one of the best Tiramisu's I've had so many Italian restaurants get this wrong scrimping on the cream topping and coffee flavouring. In short we must have had beers, large wines, coffees and courses of food which came to a very modest euro. The service was friendly, efficient and fun. Top restaurant and great value with awesome service. A must try in Munich."

Modern Italian restaurant with a hipster touch but typical Bavarian interior. Food is of good quality, but portions are small and price is a bit higher.

The food was very good and the waitress attentive. They have outside seating in the summertime, if you don't mind street traffic. Ergo: We would come back!

I had a pizza. It was great. Very high quality ingredients. Its cheap too. You can have a big meal and a beer for less than euro. The neighborhood is charming was well.

Modern, easy-going Italian restaurant with a student touch to it. Really good quality of food (pizza, pasta, fish, meat and oh deserts). The portions are generous, the service usually very friendly and reservations are recommended for rush-hour times. Enjoy!

Sure, you can have some other meals, but they are known for pizza, and for a good reason. In combinatin with a good beer and nice company, this busy place with nice modern interior however kept on the level appropriate for modern life, i.e....not to comfortable for a longer stay can be a nice choice. Not really for romantic encounter, at least not when it is full

We went there during a thursday night out with a group of We had no problem finding a table for our big group. We ate pizzas (regina, salsicia piccante) and different types of pastas. Everything was good and tasty. The service could be a...little quicker but I guess the place was packed in the outside part of it so they had a lot to do. Could use an AC inside because despite opening windows it was really hot inside.

We were excited to try such a well rated pizzeria. We ordered via Deliveroo. I ordered a basic pizza and my husband ordered a tuna pizza with extra request for prawns that we paid for. When it arrived, he was super shocked to be presented...with one prawn cut in two and put in the middle of the pizza. We couldn’t believe that we paid for extra toppings and received what barely constituted something worth the money we parted with. Shame on you Pepe-Nero.de

My husband and I came here for dinner on a Sunday evening. We sat outside our table was next to the building with another table between us and the sidewalk a bit awkward when it came time to serve us, but we were...pretty comfortable sitting there. The location is great for people- and car- watching and it is right by the English Garden. We had some wine and two pizzas (Diavalo and spinach Gorgonzola). Both pizzas were excellent, as was the service. Highly recommended!
