Paulaner's - Carte

Wonderful place. Real german local cuisine. Liver soup is great, special goose, munich sausages excellent. And don’t forget to have eggcake- very delicious, very tasty

Dropped by on a rainy evening for a beer and ended up having a nice meal. Large portions. We had cheese tray and sauerbraten. Both were very good and plenty of food for two.

After 23.00 we arrived when the kitchen should be closed. but no problem, we were still welcome and had a nice meal with good wine and very friendly service, all for a decent price. Voir le carte

We were a bit scared after really bad experience in Augustiner an der Frauenkirche, but Paulaner's im Taschenbergpalais turned to be a good place. Veal and pork sausages were fine, good service; unfortunately, Paulaner isn't my favorite beer.

we ate one of the nights we spent in dresden. we really liked it. it is quite different from the paulan in a few. it is small and very cozy. the dishes were good that they find in the rule in such restaurants. the service was very good. all together was a nice experience.

we have admitted for a drink, tables were all reserved, but the waitress told us that one of the tables was later reserved in the night, so we could sit down. we ordered beer and a meat plate because it was not quite dinner yet. the beer was fantastic and the plate was much bigger than expected with some good quality meat and pickles. happy with our little drink and snack Voir le carte

Convienient night out if one is staying in the Tashenberg Palais. Booked earlier in day and had a look around the indoor beer hall at the time. It's trad German comfort food -even in high summer -dumplings, miscellanous parts of the pig, veal all...good hearty fare. Not haute cuisine but enjoyable and plenty of opportunity to soak up the rather fine selection of Paulaner beers all of which called to be sampled. Service was excellent throughout. Location, in a courtyard of the Palais had a view across to the former Royal Palace and lots of passers by to people watch. So enjoyable we went twice...

Stopped here after the Christmas Market. It's in a Hotel that used to be a Palace and it looks expensive but it isn't. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in traditional German style. I had my fill of pork dishes so I ordered Lamb Hock and...it came in that wonderful sweet brown gravy the Saxons are famous for. It was nicely presented. For dessert I had another slice of Eierschecke cake topped with whipped cream, which I had fallen in love with. A beer completed my order which totaled 30 Euro. That's not bad in the prime tourist area.The staff was friendly and made me feel at home and so were the other customers who engaged me in conversation. On our first visit to Dresden and looking for somewhere on our first evening to have dinner, we decided to walk through the rather foreboding space that opens into Paulaner’s Restaurant. Most people were sitting outside but we tend to avoid that, much as we’d...like to join them because of the number of folks who indulge in their smoking habits, regardless of their neighbours who may still be eating. That aside, we were pretty much able to take our choice of table inside and very comfortable and atmospheric it was too. Service was very friendly, quick and efficient and the food was delicious mine roast pork and my companion’s that well known German restaurant staple, Schweinhaxe. The portion... Voir le carte
