"Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I don't generally like writing bad comments about places but I felt the need to as I wouldn't want anyone else to experience such bad service as I did. I went just before 8pm and was told to oder online instead. I was told that the food would be ready within 15 mins even though the email said 25 mins. It gets to 8.30pm and I get told by the receptionist that they haven't started on my food yet as they are busy and that it would be another 10 mins. It gets to 8.45pm and she said oh they haven't started on your food yet. As anyone can imagine waiting nearly an hour is unacceptable especially when you have gone into order and collect! I decided by 9pm I had enough and wanted my refund, which then took another 30 mins to sort out. Absolutely shocking and unbelievable! A few other points to also mention: 1- The receptionists have 0 customer service experience and are very rude. 2- Another customer who had ordered online, called over the phone at least 3x times just to find out where their order was. They lied and said it was on the way when the order was just making its way out of the kitchen. Saddest part is that they were laughing about the customer in a very rude manner 3- Another customer came in and ordered 10 mins AFTER me and got his food within 15 mins or ordering! When I challenged them about it, they made up a pathetic excuse trying to say it was something else which didn't make sense. 4- Not even an apology. Poor customer service, and I would even go as far as to question the legality of their employees there, but that is a matter for the correct authorities to investigate. I would honestly Avoid this place and would not recommend it. Don't waste your time or money. There are lots of other honest, decent places."

The food was amazing and the service was very quick. Our waiter Muhammed was exceptional, very patient, and knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant is lovely and we will definitely be returning.

Amazing authentic chinese reasturant in Harrow, i have personally tried many places but this place Highly recommend for home made style chinese food for affordable price, they do have special lunch deal and ideal hot pot, highly recommend Voir le carte

Is Definitely the worst Chinese I have ever Had chicken chow mien near enough black special fried rice Stodgy and the ribs just completely a rib of fat , sweet and sour sauce You would have to spoon it of the pot Absolutely shocking overall

My favorite restaurant in Harrow, I come here once a week as a must. I recommend it to anyone and I think it is the best restaurant in the area. I love the (vegetarian) Dan Dan noodles and the banana dessert. It is incredibly calming and soul fulfilling.
