"Pan degli angeli is a italian restaurant that tries more than it is capable of. It does not know if its a restaurant or a italian experience, and I think it would be wise for it if it could decide for itself what it is. The staff is very nice and will gladely show you to your table. During our stay, the servant would present the food and drink like it was a michelinrestaurant, which is nice if its a michelinrestaurant, but this is a fancier pizzaparlour, not a fine dining in Toscana. The menu is a big dissapointment with more antipastochoices then maincourses are most pastas. Boring. We settled for a pizza and a fishdish, which took quite long time before it came in and the waiter insisted to prepare and serve the fish by the table, which took quite some time so the fish had to go back in the oven for 2 minutes. The fish was really good though and was well served with condiments The pizza was great. Rustic and fresh without any oily drippings but the choices were a bit boring. Overall its a ”OK” restaurant that would gain more if they worked a bit on their menu more than their appearance but I would definitly say that there are better options then this place."

We used to come here during IFA before pandemic. Neal's came extremely late, linguini with parmeggiano was not as tasty as before. I am really disappointed.

they have been here several times and enjoyed pizza, pasta and/or steak and fish. everything was always great. the wine selection as well as knowing about it is great, always perfect for eating. the boss always makes sweat and is very friendly, especially. the children. overall I can really recommend this place for dinner.

It is really unfortunate. I grew up in the neighbourhood and used to go here a lot when it was still under different management. It used to be such a friendly space. I went here again last summer with partner and the service we have experienced was horrendous. The head waiter assumed we were tourists and made snarky remarks to his colleagues in German about us, not even apologising when I started talking to him in German. My pasta was decent but my partner ordered lasagna which arrived still ice cold in the middle.
