"My boyfriend and I had heard about this restaurant through the internet and thought we would try it out. When we had arrived there was one other table seated and the server was going to refuse us as we had no reservation but then she ended up accommodating us anyway, which was nice. This restaurant does not have a menu, they verbally list a few items for you to choose from. My boyfriends pasta was still cold and hard, mine was a 6/10. The house wine was delicious! I would still recommend for you to try out the experience for yourselves!"

Vivamente consigliata una sosta in questa osteria per apprezzare i piatti tipici toscani cucinati con maestria. Una nota di merito alle pappardelle al ragù di cinta senese.

Prima volta al Grattacielo devo dire una bella scoperta. Abbiamo preso la pizza ed era davvero buona, croccante fino alla fine e con ingredienti di ottima qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per questa osteria posta a due passi da piazza del campo.Osteria senza fronzoli e senza pretese però all’insegna della tipicità della cucina toscana.Pici al ragù di cinta squisiti ed una battuta al coltello di Chianina veramente da leccarsi i baffi.Prezzi davvero onesti

A “hole in the wall” place with amazing home-made dishes like you are visiting your grandmothers house. Start with the “cold plate” of Tuscan antipasti and try any of their hot dishes. We had the beef stew—unbelievably good! I love this place, my favorite restaurant in Siena. It’s not fancy, it’s rustic and amazing.
