Bruscello Concept Store

So quaint, yet modern and authentic at the same time. Had two of the daily specials and lingered on my own for nearly two hours. They are apparently well known for their filled pastas-mine was excellent.

The service was really great. It was quite busy and still the staff were friendly and attentive to everybody. The food was fresh and really delicious. The gazpacho starter is really memorable and different and the pasta all delicious. Highly recommend

Ci siamo fermati per pranzo in questo Bistrò, il cibo proposto era molto allettante, ma essendo un pranzo veloce e una giornata molto calda abbiamo optato per due antipasti: un gazpacho di melone e dei fegatini con pan brioche. Spettacolari entrambi preparati con cura e per nulla banali. Servizio molto gentile e accurato.

discreet siena restaurant offering a variety of dishes in the menu. well received by the staff with various and great bread to try together with a local oil. took two cut with potatoes and two desserts served in a cup. cream with good blueberries, the other chocolate sweet with salted caramel and peanut granella, personally, nothing of that.

we were for the New Year's Eve and we were really impressed by the particularity of the menu, the choice of raw materials, the various methods of cooking, the attention to details, starting from the basket with different types of bread and focacce all homemade, really great! every element present in the dishes was thought and corrected. courteous service and the girl sommelier particularly kind and prepared. to open a siena a place like a bruscello is a challenge, because going beyond the classic Tuscan tavern is a brave act that does not always find feedback in the public. bruscello succeeds in the experiment of a fusion kitchen enriching then the proposal with themed evenings such as that of the noodle bar or their special pizza closes the picture a curated location and an informal and friendly service that makes the experience even more satisfying.

It is ashame as we had high expectations after reading great reviews. The service was not unfriendly but slow and not very communicative, and several of the dishes were unavailable. The roasted wild boar was absolutely delicious but the tomato pasta was tasteless and the desserts very average. We also had to wait for ages to pay the bill, despite there being two people on service and only three occupied tables. This place looks like it has a lot of potential but did not hit the mark for us.

31/12/21 dinner to say little magnificent, we could not ask better to conclude the year. refined and well-kept dishes, perfect quantity to get all the menu without redecoding excellent wines, practically always the full glass and matched with the dish that you had in front. 110 and praise for gaspacho with raw and cooked fish. not less the duck and tuna, both melted in contact with the palate. last but not by importance the service, young people of an availability and disarming sympathy.
