"We recently had a wonderful dinner on a Thursday evening at this restaurant during their banquet night. We are staying at Centerparcs for a holiday and after having a bad experience at the on-site Indian restaurant in previous years, we decided to venture off-site to find a nice local restaurant. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly full at 6:10pm, but we were warmly welcomed and seated promptly. The service was exceptional throughout the evening, and we quickly ordered drinks and poppadoms. We opted for the banquet menu, priced at £13.95 per person, which included a starter, main course, choice of rice or naan, and a side dish. Despite the offer, the portions were generous and the food was incredibly flavorful. Our starters included onion bhaji, mixed kebabs, tandoori lamb, and fried spiced chicken pieces. For the main course, my partner and I each had a Balti and madras, which were both delicious. Our children (aged 7 and 11) enjoyed the korma and pilau rice, which they dubbed "party rice." We also shared sides of naan, sag aloo, and tarka daal. My daughter mentioned that it was the best korma she had ever tasted. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout the evening. As a family who appreciates good, flavorful food, this restaurant exceeded our expectations. We definitely plan on returning the next time we are in the area."

"We had the Tomahawk steak for 2 with mussle meat for starters. Very generous portions and too much for us to finish. The atmosphere is great, nice music and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Place looks small from the outside but don't be fooled, it's huge inside. Cheers is very popular and reservations are advisable. "you can judge a good chippy by the queue outside and therfore this is a great chippy..... I am a vegetarian and have never seen more chippy based options for me.... they even have a mushy pea fritters... I know battered mushy peas...genius.... the others at my home aren't veggies and they also seem very happy... but a battered mushy peas.. bless these beautiful folks.. the service is great and they are super nice... great place.. if you get the chance..go there.. lots"
