We visited a pub in the town center with a fairly large group, and I must say the service was excellent and very well organized. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. Price per person: £10-20 Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 I highly recommend trying the Scampi with Chips and Mushy Peas, as well as the Fish and Chips with Mushy Peas.

During my first visit here, I found myself in the unfortunate situation of attending a wake. Despite the somber circumstances, we were treated with kindness and respect by all the staff. We had the privilege of sitting in a secluded outdoor area, which offered a sense of privacy. The buffet was outstanding, featuring a wide array of both hot and cold dishes that were made with care. I would certainly like to return, especially since the food enjoyed by other customers looked absolutely delicious.

The Sunday roast was enjoyable, but I really missed having roasted parsnips, and the Yorkshire pudding was a bit overdone. The bratkartoffeln could be improved by serving smaller pieces, as that would allow for a crispy exterior while keeping the insides tender. The current size makes them resemble large baked potatoes rather than the crispy bites I prefer. While it's not traditional, I don't think mashed potatoes are needed. I hope my feedback is taken as constructive criticism. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I'm looking forward to trying something else from the menu soon. Voir le carte
